Underwhelming stay, some issues arose
ineffective air conditioning uncomfortable sleep
Breakfast included a decent selection of items.
The air conditioning was not effective. The room became too hot. I contacted the front desk twice. The staff did not fix the problem during the night. This resulted in a very uncomfortable sleep.

the staff was amazing, always ready to assist. the hotel itself has a very charming design, with attention to detail. i also enjoyed the spa treatments, they were very nice.
the room was quite tiny. i didn't like that no daily water was provided unless i asked. the check-in process felt unprofessional, and there were surprise charges at check-out.

fresh pastries bespoke omelets mosaic hammam
Breakfast reminded me of a scene from a romantic film. The fresh pastries and bespoke omelets began each day wonderfully. the location provided easy access to nearby boutiques and art galleries. the on-site spa featured a mosaic-tiled hammam and offered aromatherapy massages. It revitalized my senses.
i did notice that the floral arrangements in the lobby, though beautiful, had a slightly overpowering scent.

The concierge efficiently arranged a private car for an evening concert. The driver was punctual and courteous! the housekeeping staff maintained perfect cleanliness throughout my stay, ensuring fresh linens and a tidy room each day. I appreciated their discreet attention to detail.

Acceptable stay with some issues
hot room sleepless night
The location was easy to find from Bond Street station.
Our room was too hot at night. I woke up at 2am and, despite attempting to adjust the A/C (i even called the front desk twice), i could not sleep until 6am. It was the worst night's sleep in a hotel I have experienced in years and left me quite exhausted.
